1-Antique Wiki Adds New Research Findings

1-Antiques wiki has added two new articles which may interest Hubley collectors and researchers on 20th century antique dealers.

The first entry discusses the pitfalls in identifying doorstops, especially when they are unmarked. It is all too easy to attribute a cast iron doorstop to Hubley when in fact the evidence is limited to scant.

The second entry provides a very brief note about a respected Chicago area dealer whose hand written description of an English Worcester porcelain bowl left behind valuable breadcrumbs on this long passed dealer. Such snippets are valuable for tracing provenance and providing a glimpse into the antiques trade of the past.
