Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier service. Orders are shipped via USPS, including Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, and Ground Advantage. All items are securely packed and shipped promptly after purchase, usually within 1-2 days.
When specialized or 3d party services are involved, delivery time may be delayed due to the need to coordinate conveyance of merchandise to the carrier.
Returns
In general, returns are not accepted unless the dealer agrees to such options.
Returns are accepted when an item is not as described, has undisclosed damaged, or is the incorrect item purchased. Buyers must notify the dealer within 72 hours of delivery to initiate a return.
Refunds are issued after the dealer confirms satisfactory receipt of the returned item.
When a return is due to seller error, return shipping is covered by the dealer. For other returns, shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to purchase.
Some dealers may offer additional return privileges beyond these terms. Buyers are encouraged to confirm any specific arrangements prior to purchase. Exchanges are at the discretion of the vendor and are subject to negotiation between buyer and seller.
