An antique portrait print of Red Cloud driven from behind by his sulky, winner of the August 7, 1874 race in Buffalo, New York with first prize winnings of 3500 USD - a princely sum for that time. By comparison, the average carpenter wage in 1870 brought roughly 1250 USD annually.
This print is hard to find, and in its condition, it makes a fantastic decoration for the den.
The print is very well matted with cream, lime, and brown, and framed in black with gold liner.
