An antique Northwood Grape and Cable bowl in blue with ruffled edges and sawtooth rim. The blue color, according the Standard Encyclopedia of Carnival Glass, 11th edition, regards it as the second rarest color, after white, for this sized bowl. The leaves on this example are stippled, while the outside has the basket weave pattern. The center has the underlined N in a circle which helps authenticate this beautiful irridescent bowl.
