d'Argental

d'Argental is a brand mark used by Compagnie des Cristalleries de St. Louis from 1919 - 1925 under the leadership of Paul Nicolas (1875 - 1952) who was a former employee of Emile Galle. After the war, the St Louis glass firm collaborated with Nicolas to produce cameo glass in the style of his former employer. Nicolas continued to produce glass on his for the next 25 years, just shortly before his death.
