d'Argental is a brand mark used by Compagnie des Cristalleries de St. Louis from 1919 - 1925 under the leadership of Paul Nicolas (1875 - 1952) who was a former employee of Emile Galle. After the war, the St Louis glass firm collaborated with Nicolas to produce cameo glass in the style of his former employer.
