H W Pontin
H W Pontin (1893 - 1973) was a life long railroad employee of the Boston & Albany line who was also the founder of the Rail Photo Service which was very influential during the mid 20th century as a broker and agency for a co-operative of railroad photographers. The outfit operated into the 1960s, its final disposition uncertain.
