A fine hand painted German beer stein manufactured by the well known S P Gerz firm whose quality steins are desired by collectors world wide. This Rokok-Seidl stein was made c. 1990 and features 18th century attired dancers against a cerise ground framed with rococo frills and gilt banding. The ornate pewter lid completes the ensemble.
